Surrounded and supported by nature in the Ecstatic Forest, we join together in community to express ourselves in moving however feels good to our bodies! Please arrive at 3pm to park, walk up the hill, greet others + settle in.
EVENT FLOW: Opening circle will begin at 3:30 with a warm up and playlist created by Amy. Musical Instruments + Drumming will be provided by Andrew Prue, + closing circle will end with a sound meditation by Jackie. Sarah Sage will be live-painting + a community canvas is open for all to express themselves with color + shape.
NOTE: Be prepared to take a 10 minute uphill hike, wear shoes with good tread, bring extra layers in case it’s still cold + bring yourself some water/snacks. Remember there are roots and rocks all around so keep your awareness on your surroundings. There is PLENTY of space to social distance + no poison ivy in this area. As always, use consent when approaching others for hugs/dancing/physical contact.
DIRECTIONS: Park in the lot by the barn + walk up the gravel road. Even though you’re on foot, follow the “Cars ->” sign + stay to the right until you see us.
